2. All goods supplied by UKTrailRides.co.uk remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full.
3. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to UKTrailRides.co.uk as soon as possible or by all means within 2 days of the delivery date.
4. All products shown on this website may vary from the images. Orders will only be sent once payment has been received.
5. UKTrailRides.co.uk cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.
6. Proof of Delivery of all Products is obtained by a signature on delivery. Duplicate Payments or Orders Cancelled will be refunded the full amount minus the 4.5% credit card transaction fee we have to pay.
7. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
8. All queries regarding disputed card transactions have to be referred directly to us in the first instance. Failure to comply with this will result in a £15 surcharge being debited from your credit / debit card to cover administrative costs.
